It's how we recognize when many people use the same provider so we can share reliability insights. That helps us auto-match guide data, remove duplicates, and route you to the best stream—without exposing your credentials.
Do you collect my viewing details?
We aggregate non-identifying stream-quality signals (uptime, resolution, fps) to improve everyone's experience. Credentials stay end-to-end encrypted and unreadable to us.
What is an IPTV service?
IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) is a service that delivers television content over the internet rather than traditional cable or satellite. You need to have an existing IPTV subscription from an authorized provider to use mytelly.app.
What formats do you support?
